Ostmann, who previously developed a garden center with 'Grün erleben', is now building a modern garden center according to the new Intratuin 3.0 concept.

The new garden center to be built in Oldenburg is located in an area where various shopping giants are already located and where there is also ample parking. The arrival of this garden center will make the area even more attractive for visitors.

The long plot and desire for an indoor courtyard garden make the design a unique garden center. The garden center consists of different floors. The catering and workshop space are located on the ground floor.

An important point during the design process was the amount of greenery and the number of trees that had to be applied and planted.

The garden centre, which focuses mainly on greenery, comprises a covered indoor sales area of ​​almost 8,300 m².
