Van Muijen Betonbouw to one address

At the end of 2021, construction will start on a new office building for Van Muijen Betonbouw on the Ringvaart between Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard.
The equipment service has been located at De Overtoom in Heerhugowaard for two years now and everything will soon be at one location again.
The office building offers a beautiful view over the Omval-Kolhorn Canal. All areas of the office are located on the first floor with a connection to the existing industrial hall.
The building stands on concrete constructive V-elements that support the entire office building. Solar panels will be installed on the flat roof for energy generation and the building will be equipped with a heat pump to contribute to a sustainable building.
