Opening of Hortes garden center in Tallinn

Hortes Tähesaju garden center in Estonia opened on November 2, 2019.
The new garden center is located in the capital city of Tallinn, in the Tähesaju City retail park. The retail park offers various amenities such as a sports center, ice rink, swimming pool and golf course.
The Hortes Tähesaju garden center has a total area of 5,575 m². The covered interior space is 4,036 m² and is made up of wide greenhouse trusses. In addition to a flower, tree and (house) plant department, there is also an animal department. The garden center also offers the opportunity to relax while enjoying a drink.
The outdoor sale has an area of 1,539 m² where you can shop at your leisure under a covered walkway, even during rainy weather. The roof also makes it pleasant to shop outside during the colder period. During the winter period there is room for about 10,000 Christmas trees outside. During the summer period there is room for about 120,000 plants.
With the opening in November, there is also plenty of attention for Christmas. Both the new Hortes Tähesaju and Hortes Laagri garden centers devote a lot of attention to Christmas and together they are responsible for the largest Christmas exhibition in Estonia.
