Hotel 't Fnidsen in Alkmaar

On November 19, 2018, Hotel 't Fnidsen, located in the street of the same name in the Old Town of Alkmaar, was opened.
The building, dating from the 13th century, in the old center of Alkmaar has been completely renovated to a design by Breddels Architects with the aim of creating the ultimate combination between authentic condition and modern comfort. Part of the building is protected by monuments, so that the old character of the building has been well preserved.
The boutique hotel is located above Restaurant 't Fnidsen, and has 7 rooms, most of which have a view of the historic center of Alkmaar. It is now possible to spend the night in the city center of Alkmaar, in three different types of rooms: 'Fnidsen room', 'Fnidsen patio room' and the 'Fnidsen suite'.
The 'Fnidsen rooms' have been furnished with care and attention and all have their own character. The rooms are equipped with every conceivable convenience, including air conditioning and wifi. The open character of the rooms is emphasized because the hotel room and bathroom often overlap. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and can be reached via a staircase.
The 'Fnidsen patio room' also has its own compact patio terrace, a luxury in the middle of the city!
The 'Fnidsen suites' are spacious and the bathroom not only has a wonderful rain shower, but also a luxurious bath.
