A new and unique residential building has been realized on the skyline of Heerhugowaard, consisting of 78 high-quality finished, spacious apartments. Of these, 60 apartments are in the social rental sector and 18 apartments in a more expensive segment, spread over 7 floors.
The apartments in the De Bever residential building were officially completed (constructionally) on 1 November and are divided into 4 types. House type A, B and C have an indoor storage room in the apartment and house type D has a storage room in the joint storage blocks on the ground floor.
The new residential building, designed by Breddels Architects on behalf of Segesta Groep, is being built by Scholtens Groep and is located at the rear of Media Markt Heerhugowaard. The residents can use the parking deck on top of the electrical giant, which can be reached via a footbridge. There is also a communal bicycle shed on the outside area.
Work is currently underway on the completion of the general areas and the outdoor area. The key handover will take place in approximately 2 weeks.
