Delivered the Foresto

The new apartment complex De Foresto in Heerhugowaard has been completed.
One year after the festive start for construction, the first keys were handed over to the new residents of the 49 rental apartments on September 27, 2019.
De Foresto, located in the Heemraden district, consists of two residential buildings of 22 and 27 rental apartments respectively. The position of the residential buildings follows the urban plan of the old center of Heerhugowaard. Both residential buildings are positioned in a twisted position from each other, creating a green view to the rear area.
All houses consist of a living room with open kitchen and underfloor heating, two bedrooms, a storage room and a balcony or garden. In addition, each house has a lockable storage room and parking space.
The interest in the apartments was so great that everything has already been rented out.
